Being a writer, comedian, or storyteller does not produce an income that most people can live off of, especially in LA or NYC.  However, you can use your same sharp wit and writing skills to do other things that can supplement your income in a meaningful way, and grow your social media audience, all at the same time. As a performance artist , you already know that social media is necessary, if you’re serious about promoting your career. It’s easy enough to open an Instagram account, but it’s a whole other thing to find and sustain real, live followers (as opposed to bots). In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics that make your Instagram account attractive to potential followers, as well as some tricks to posting engaging content without it taking up a lot of your time.
